6. Introduce the Cue
- Once your dog is comfortably rolling onto their side, start introducing your chosen cue word or signal.
- Say the cue word or show the hand signal as you lure your dog with the treat.
- Gradually, start using the cue word or signal without the lure, but continue rewarding your dog for playing dead.
